A Journey Remembered Through the Body
The vision behind Yosomind lies in the heart of movement, touch, and dance. This page exists to reach that heart the one that moves and remembers.

Why Are We Here?
Yosomind's mission is to support individuals in reestablishing harmony between body, mind, and spirit, creating space for them to rediscover their inner wisdom through movement and mindfulness.
Through a unique blend of yoga, dance, pilates, fascia-focused, and somatic practices, we offer participants a compassionate space for transformation not only on a physical level but also on an emotional and energetic level.
Where Are We Going?
Yosomind’s vision is to create a multidisciplinary field of transformation where people around the world can rebuild themselves through dance, touch, and awareness.
Our aim is not only to be an educational platform, but to nurture a global movement that helps people live in harmony with their bodies freely, creatively, and authentically.
The Principles That Shape Us
Every step within Yosomind carries these values.
Each class, each touch, each breath is shaped by them.
Wholeness
We see the body, mind, and soul as one integrated whole. We look not at the parts, but at the whole.
Science + Intuition
We blend evidence-based understanding with inner intuition creating a space that is both safe and free.
Creativity
The body’s right to express itself is sacred. From movement to art, we nurture creative potential in every form.
Compassion & Ethics
Our priority is to create safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental spaces. We honor ethical boundaries in every aspect of our work.
Community
We are not isolated, we grow together. Learning, sharing, and transformation happen in connection.
Why Yosomind?
Yosomind is a holistic approach that weaves together yoga, fascia-based movement, and dance-rooted healing methods.
This approach opens space for transformation not only on a physical level but also emotionally, energetically, and creatively.
Yosomind brings together the wisdom of movement and the sensitivity of touch.
Here, the body is not only moved, it is felt, heard, and celebrated.
From the Founder
The intention that began this journey was much more than creating a movement system.
When I founded Yosomind, my purpose wasn’t to make people move it was to help them feel.
Because my own relationship with the body was not shaped through a training program, but through a transformation woven with vulnerability, curiosity, and compassion.
Through art, through dance, through touch and through stillness.
This space exists to stand beside everyone who dares to take this journey; for those who believe that making peace with the body is not just about being healthy, but about feeling one’s own existence.
