ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT 

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties under the laws of the United States of America (State of Wyoming) regarding the sale and delivery of digital products and services, the qualities, sales price, and terms of use of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER's website www.yosomind.com and integrated platforms (Shopify, Simplee Membership).

ARTICLE 3: SERVICE SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT AND PAYMENT INFRASTRUCTURE 

Type of Service: Digital Subscription (Flex, Academy, Kökler), One-on-One Consultation Sessions, and/or Downloadable Digital Products (PDF).

Payment Method: Credit Card / Debit Card via the Stripe infrastructure.

ARTICLE 4: SERVICE TIERS AND ACCESS LIMITS 

The services under this agreement are offered in the following categories:

• Yosomind Flex: Grants access to the digital education archive and regular live workshops for the duration of the active membership.

• Yosomind Academy: In addition to the rights in the Flex package, it encompasses specialized trainings and deepening programs.

• Kökler Membership: The highest tier of the Academy, limited to a total capacity of 50 individuals.

• Certification Provisions: The Yosomind Academy membership does not inherently grant a direct right to a certificate upon participation. The BUYER is expected to successfully complete the specified participation requirements and assignment submissions in accordance with the evaluation criteria applied by the Authorized Instructors of the Yosomind Platform. Issued certificates bear corporate Yosomind approval and possess no equivalency guarantee before third-party official institutions.

ARTICLE 5: DIGITAL DELIVERY TERMS 

The delivery of the services subject to this agreement occurs entirely in the digital environment. The legal moments of delivery are as follows:

• For Memberships: The exact moment the BUYER performs their "Initial Log-in" to the Yosomind Platform using their designated email and password.

• For Downloadable Digital Products (PDFs): The exact moment the download link transmitted by the system is clicked or the file is saved to the device.

• For One-on-One Consultation Sessions: The exact moment the reservation time is finalized and the online participation link (Zoom) is officially transmitted to the BUYER.

ARTICLE 6: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND CONDITIONS 

The BUYER declares and accepts in advance the complete waiver of the right of withdrawal upon the occurrence of any of the legal delivery moments specified in Article 5 of this agreement (Initial log-in to the system, clicking the link, or transmission of the Zoom link). Under no circumstances are refunds issued following the provision of digital access. Prorated refunds are inapplicable for subscription cancellations; the cancellation process becomes effective as of the subsequent billing cycle.

ARTICLE 7: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSE LIMITS 

All video contents, audio files, written materials (PDFs), logos, and educational methodologies on the platform are secured by US and international copyright laws and are the exclusive property of Yosomind LLC. The BUYER holds a license to use these materials strictly for their individual development. Sharing account information, copying, recording, reproducing, or utilizing the materials in a commercial activity constitutes a definitive rule violation. In the event of a violation, the SELLER reserves the right to immediately terminate the account and initiate legal proceedings for financial compensation.

ARTICLE 8: PRIVACY AND LIVE BROADCAST RECORDING CONSENT 

All live classes and workshops (Zoom, etc.) conducted within the scope of the Yosomind Platform are recorded to enhance educational quality and create a digital archive. When participating in these broadcasts with their camera or microphone turned on, the BUYER acknowledges giving explicit consent for their image and voice to be recorded and for these recordings to be made accessible to other authorized members on the platform.

ARTICLE 9: MEDICAL DISCLAIMER 

The trainings, somatic practices, and consultations of the Yosomind Platform are positioned strictly outside the fields of medical treatment, psychiatric diagnosis, or medical intervention. They are intended entirely for guidance, personal awareness, and educational purposes. Users personally assume responsibility for the effects of the provided practices on their own bodies and minds. The SELLER is completely exempt from legal liabilities for any potential outcomes.

ARTICLE 10: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 

The laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, shall govern the interpretation, execution, and resolution of any legal disputes arising from this agreement. The exclusive competent and authorized jurisdiction for all disputes is the Courts of the State of Wyoming.

ARTICLE 11: ENFORCEMENT 

Upon completing the payment step via the e-commerce website, the BUYER is deemed to have read, understood, and legally accepted the entirety of this 11-article agreement.
