ARTICLE 1: PARTIES

ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This Agreement defines the mutual rights and obligations between the SELLER (Yosomind LLC) and the BUYERregarding the sale and delivery of digital products, online courses, or services (“Products”) ordered electronically from the website www.yosomind.com.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, including general e-commerce and consumer protection regulations enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

ARTICLE 3: CONTRACTUAL PRODUCT, PRICE AND PAYMENT

  The BUYER declares that he/she has read and is aware of the basic characteristics of the product mentioned above, its sales price, payment method and preliminary information regarding delivery, and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

ARTICLE 4: DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

1. The Product subject to this contract is digital content and will not be shipped via physical cargo.
2. Following the successful completion of the payment process, access information for the Product (download link, license key, etc.) is automatically sent by the SELLER to the e-mail address specified by the BUYER during the order.
3. Delivery is usually completed within a few minutes after payment.
4. The BUYER is responsible for providing a correct and valid email address when ordering. SELLER cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses, emails ending up in the "spam/junk" folder, or technical issues caused by the BUYER .
5. If the BUYER cannot receive access information within a reasonable period of time after the purchase, he/she should first check the "spam/junk" folder and if the problem persists, he/she should contact the SELLER via info@yosomind.com .

ARTICLE 5: REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Since the Product subject to this Agreement is digital content delivered to the BUYER electronically, the BUYER does not have the right of withdrawal.
The BUYER accepts this condition in advance by confirming the order.

ARTICLE 6: GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The BUYER acknowledges that all information related to the Product, price, and delivery has been clearly presented on the website.

2. The SELLER agrees to provide the digital Product as described on the website.

3. Order processing begins once payment authorization is confirmed.

4. The SELLER reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing or system errors.

5. The SELLER is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Product.
   

ARTICLE 7: DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND COMPETENT COURT

This Agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Both parties agree that any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication.
If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States.

ARTICLE 8: ENFORCEMENT

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement at the moment the order is completed on the website.
The SELLER is obligated to ensure that confirmation of the BUYER’s having read and accepted this Agreement is obtained before the order is finalized.
