"You Don’t Need to Be a Dancer, Just Listen to Your Body."

In this workshop, there is no choreography to memorize, no "right" step to take, or a performance to prove to anyone. Our goal is not to look perfect, but to feel at home in our own bodies.

Under the guidance of Fatma Nur Bilgin and Elif Gökçe, we open a non-judgmental and free space where you can set aside the "should" lists in your mind and allow the body's natural flow to emerge.

What Will We Experience?

  • Understanding the Ground (Short Theory): First, we will invite the mind into the body. We will discuss in simple terms the language of the nervous system, how stress is held in the body, and how movement unties these knots.

  • Letting Go into the Flow (Practice): And then, we will leave the words behind and move under the guidance of music.

    • Free Flow: Allowing that authentic and raw movement from within to surface.

    • Relaxation: Saying goodbye to the stiffness created by the daily hustle through gentle movement.

    • Connection: Reintroducing yourself to your own body and rhythm from a place of compassion.

This practice is open to all levels, from those who say "I can't dance" to those who love to move. Because everyone's body knows its own dance.

WHO IS GUIDING?

  • Fatma Nur Bilgin: She will establish the ground you need to feel safe in this space and share the scientific foundations that calm the nervous system.

  • Elif Gökçe: She will hold space for you to speak with your body, open the areas where you feel stuck through movement, and find your own unique dance.
