“Integration with the Wisdom of the Body” Workshop

This workshop will explore the challenges and difficulties we may encounter when working with the emotional, physical and energetic body.

to support the person to feel more peaceful, stronger and more whole in the flow of life.

In this study:

● Increasing our capacity to cope with stress and emotional wounds,

● To improve our physical contact skills,

● Establishing a deep connection with ourselves and meeting our Ideal Embodied Self

We aim.

What Will Happen?

In this workshop:

● We will expand our awareness capacity by contacting the energy body.

● We will learn the language of the physical body and transform our perception.

● Recognizing, regulating and managing emotions through body-focused contact methods

We will support the integration.

● We will learn tools that approach sensitive areas such as sexuality, mourning, and boundaries through the body.

Modules

We will begin with silence and grounding exercises before each module.

Module 1: Getting to Know the Body and Resources

Grounding – Centering – Contact – Inertia and Procrastination – Body Perception – Inner

Relational contact – Self boundaries – Bonding/transformation games – Accompaniment

Module 3: Working with the Grief Process

Death – Separation – Divorce – Moving – Loss of meaning – Contact with silence

Module 4: Borders

The body's boundary memory – Saying no – Proximity and distance – Sensory regulation

Module 5: Sexuality

The body's relationship with pleasure – Shame and guilt in body memory – Working with trauma –

Sexuality in contact with the self

In each module:

● Informational content, sample texts and articles

● Practical exercises, physical awareness studies

● Applications based on contact, touch and sensation will be included.

Workshop Structure

Online meetings 2 days a week:

Tuesday | 19:00 – 22:00 → Knowledge transfer, narrative and sharing

Thursday | 20:00 – 23:00 → Body-based practice and practical exercises

Total Duration: 10 weeks

Number of Modules: 5

Duration of each module: 2 weeks

* At the end of each workshop: An online group meeting will be held once a month.

During the meetings, participants' questions will be reviewed and various applications will be practiced together.

* The date and time of the monthly meetings will be announced during the training process.

1. Who is this workshop suitable for?

It is suitable for anyone who is interested in body-based work and wants to deepen it. Especially

5. Is live participation required? Is there registration?

Yes, live participation in meetings is very important for the integrity of the process and the applications.

However, recordings will be taken for exceptional circumstances. Sharing of recordings with all participants is limited.

Yes, each module can be taken separately. However, since the modules are interconnected, they can be taken holistically.

It is recommended to participate as a student. A special discount will be applied to those who take all modules together.

7. Will a certificate be given at the end of the workshop?

The workshop is not a certification program. However, those who regularly attend all modules will receive a "Participation

● Each module fee: 5000 TL

● Total fee for all modules paid in advance: 22,000 TL

● It is possible to make payments on a per-module basis. Payments are taken before each module.

9. Is the workshop a therapeutic process? Could there be emotional difficulties?

This workshop is not a therapy session. However, because it involves deep contact, emotional stirrings may occur during personal processes. Participants will be asked to consider their own psychological resilience.

It is recommended that they participate in the process by taking into consideration their own needs. They will be able to receive individual support when necessary.
